Service Description. This Site describes Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Massage, Prenatal Massage, Reiki Healing, Raindrop Technique provided by The Reset Method. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://theresetmethodwy.com is the property of The Reset Method or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. The Reset Method does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Reset Method's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid The Reset Method in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify The Reset Method against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under WY law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in WY for any related dispute.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
